Using the website
By using this website or submitting a request, you agree to provide accurate information and use the service lawfully. Submitting a custom or customer-supplied design request does not itself confirm production.
Products and configurations
Klarion sells standing and sticker review plates. Each contains an NFC chip. The customer holds a phone near the plate and the programmed destination opens. There is no QR code. Material: acrylic. Finish: UV printed. Standing format: 105 x 70 mm, portrait. Sticker format: 90 x 90, 100 x 100 or 120 x 120 mm. Chip: NFC NTAG213, included on both formats.
Pricing and Stripe payment
Ready-made plate pricing is displayed before checkout. Stripe processes online payments, and applicable taxes are calculated during checkout. Custom design, customer-supplied artwork and volume requests may require review and a separate quote before payment or production.
Shipping and delivery
Shipping is $19.99 flat within Canada, and free on orders of $150 or more before tax. The carrier is Canada Post. Online checkout accepts Canadian delivery addresses only; no local pickup.
Design approval
When a proof is required, the customer must verify names, wording, colours, layout and review links. Production begins only after the required approval. Customer-requested changes after approval may affect cost and timing.
Customer materials
You confirm that you are authorized to provide the logos, artwork, photographs, wording and other materials you submit. You retain ownership of your materials and grant Klarion permission to use them only as needed to quote, design, produce, deliver and support the requested product.
Google reviews
Klarion provides a convenient path for customers to leave honest feedback. Klarion does not guarantee a rating, review volume or business outcome. Customers must not use the product to offer prohibited incentives or selectively solicit only positive reviews.
Cancellations and refunds
Contact Klarion promptly if an order must be changed or cancelled. Eligibility depends on payment status, design work completed, materials ordered and whether production has started. Any non-refundable amount or approved refund will be explained using the order record and Stripe payment information.
Timing and delivery issues
Design, production and delivery estimates are not guarantees. If an item arrives damaged, incorrect or materially different from the approved order, contact Klarion with the order reference and supporting photographs so the issue can be reviewed.
Service limitations
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Klarion is not responsible for indirect losses, changes to third-party services such as Google or Stripe, or outcomes outside Klarion’s reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Québec and Canada.
