A Google Review plate is a physical sign displayed in a business that gives customers a quick path to the correct Google review page.
The customer holds their phone near the plate and the review page opens. There is nothing to scan and nothing to install.
No. You pay once. There is no subscription, no account to create, no monthly fee and nothing to renew.
No, and that is deliberate. The chip is permanently locked after programming, so nobody can rewrite your plate, including us. An unlocked tag on a public counter can be rewritten by anyone with a free app in seconds. The consequence is that the destination is permanent after shipping. If your listing changes, we produce a replacement plate at half the unit price then in effect.
No. The plate opens the destination directly on the customer phone and no request reaches us, so we have no way to count taps. Some competitors advertise scan counts. We cannot offer that and we would rather tell you now than after you have paid.
