Information we collect
Klarion collects information you submit, including names, business details, email addresses, phone numbers, order specifications, delivery addresses, review links, uploaded brand files, design instructions and inquiry content. Essential browser storage may preserve order progress and your acknowledgement of the storage notice.
Why we collect it
The information is used to respond to inquiries, prepare quotes and designs, validate review destinations, process payments, manufacture and deliver products, maintain order records, prevent abuse and provide customer support.
How collection happens
Information is collected when you complete a form, upload a file, start or complete Stripe checkout, contact Klarion, or use essential browser-storage features.
Service providers and disclosures
Klarion uses service providers to operate the website and fulfill requests, including Base44 for application hosting and data services and Stripe for payment processing. Delivery, production or file-processing providers receive only the information needed for their part of the service. A submitted Google review link directs customers to Google, whose services are governed by Google’s policies.
Processing outside Québec
Some service providers may process or store information outside Québec or Canada. Contractual and technical measures are used where appropriate to protect information handled by service providers.
Retention and deletion
Information is retained only as long as reasonably required for the stated purpose, customer support, legal obligations, accounting, fraud prevention and dispute resolution. When it is no longer required, it is securely deleted or anonymized where permitted.
Safeguards
Access to customer, order and uploaded-file records is restricted to authorized administrators. Klarion also uses access controls, server-side validation, secure payment redirection and reasonable operational safeguards appropriate to the information involved.
Your choices and rights
You may request access to or correction of your personal information, withdraw consent where applicable, ask questions about retention, or submit a privacy complaint by emailing information@klarionservices.com. Withdrawing consent may limit Klarion’s ability to complete an active request.
Cookies and browser storage
The current website uses essential browser storage for order progress and website preferences. If analytics, advertising or other non-essential tracking is introduced, this policy and the applicable consent controls will be updated first.
